Shelley B. Fullwood, Esq. contributes to the trademark, copyright and transactional group at Olive & Olive in Durham, NC. Prior to joining Olive & Olive, Shelley served as the NCCU Intellectual Property Law Institute’s Trademark and Copyright Fellow, as well as, the Supervising Attorney for the Trademark Clinic within the NCCU IP Clinic.
Since 2017, she has brought information about intellectual property rights and protection for creative works to the general public and university students through planning and hosting legal talks and conferences, as well. as creating legal resources.
